Our Vision
Maryborough Healing Rooms team have a deep desire to see God's power for healing instilled into the body of Christ and for God's people to walk in Kingdom authority. Kingdom authority must not be in words only, but in power [1 Corinthians 4:20]. This power will cause signs and wonders to accompany the believer and he will lay hands on the sick and the sick will recover [Mark 16: 17-18].

Our Story
John G. Lake
John G. Lake took Jesus' promise as totally trustworthy and established a Healing Ministry in the regional centre of Spokane, Washington USA from 1915-1920, which resulted in no less than 100,000 verified miracles of healing within the space of five or six years.
Cal & Michelle Pierce
In the late 1990's, God called Cal & Michelle Pierce to Spokane. Cal discovered the John G. Lake story and felt convicted by God to restart the minstry that would see people healed and saved. On July 22, 1999 the Spokane Healing Rooms reopened in the same location they were 80 years ago. From there they have spread around the world, with over 3,000 Healing Rooms in seventy nations including sixteen Healing Rooms in Queensland.
John & Merilyn Edwards
John & Merilyn Edwards are the National Directors of Healing Rooms Australia. The first Healing Rooms in Australia opened in March 2003 in Brisbane followed shortly afterwards by Sydney.
Maryborough Healing Rooms is affiliated with the National Association of Healing Rooms Australia and linked to the International Association of Healing Rooms.
